Blanca
Blanca García plays a key role at The Stoic Team, providing support to our Spanish-speaking clients. She works closely with our lender, Peter Georgitsis, ensuring clear communication and guiding clients through the pre-approval process to help them take the first step toward homeownership.
With over 10 years of experience in administration and human resource management, Blanca brings an organized and efficient approach to our team. Her academic background includes:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – National University of Costa Rica (UNA)
Licensure in Administration with an Emphasis in Financial Management – UNA
Master’s Degree in Administration with an Emphasis in Human Resources – UNA
Beyond her administrative expertise, Blanca spent four years as a professor at the School of Administration at UNA, demonstrating her passion for education and professional development. She also has four years of experience as a hostess and property owner on Airbnb, refining her skills in hospitality and customer service.
Blanca is fluent in Spanish, has an advanced level of English, and an intermediate level of Portuguese, allowing her to connect with a diverse clientele and facilitate real estate transactions for international buyers.
