Our team includes three dedicated professionals based here and one, our co-founder Peter LoPresti, who has a long-life family tie to the country; each playing a key role in shaping our mission and deepening our impact across borders.
Peter LoPresti, our Co-Founder, brings a global perspective to real estate, rooted in both Chicago and Costa Rica. His background in mentorship and community initiatives, including his work with the University of Chicago’s youth programs, laid the foundation for The Stoic Team’s people-first approach. In Costa Rica, Peter focuses on connecting local homeowners with international buyers, helping to create sustainable economic opportunities while celebrating the country’s unique beauty.
As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at The Stoic Team, Elle García plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our operations across borders. Her strategic oversight and commitment to excellence are instrumental in aligning our team's efforts with the core values of Stoicism, fostering a culture of clarity, integrity, and purpose. Elle's leadership ensures that our operations are not only efficient but also deeply rooted in the principles that guide our mission.
Blanca García serves as our administrative and client support lead, offering more than 10 years of experience in business and human resources. A graduate of the National University of Costa Rica with advanced degrees in finance and HR, Blanca ensures our clients, especially Spanish-speaking buyers, receive thoughtful, well-informed guidance throughout their homeownership journey. Her attention to detail and multilingual skills help streamline communication and build trust across cultures.
Keisha Bianchini brings creative energy and digital savvy to the team as our content and marketing specialist. With experience in social media strategy, advertising, and user-generated content, she has worked with both international brands and local Costa Rican companies. Her background in communications helps us tell powerful stories and showcase the properties we represent with clarity and appeal, ensuring that Costa Rica’s Real Estate offerings reach a global audience.
